Sales, accounts, production, store, drivers and admin each get their own app, all working from the same order.
Right now it's a WhatsApp group, a paper register, and one spreadsheet only one person understands. Ordex replaces all three with one system everyone already trusts.
Not one bloated dashboard — a focused app per role, same live data underneath.
Take orders from the field, priced live.
Targets built straight from real orders.
Every factory's stock, verified on receipt.
Route-based loading, checked before it leaves.
Approvals in one queue, no phone calls.
Every factory and route, one screen.
The same order record moves through every stage — nobody re-enters it.
Priced against the live catalog and the customer's tier.
Grouped by product, logged batch by batch.
Counted on receipt — a short batch is flagged instantly.
Loaded onto a vehicle, tracked stop by stop.
Not a bigger to-do list app — the operational backbone other platforms in this space don't build.
A short batch, a blocked dispatch, a low-stock alert — pushed to the right role the second it happens.
Android, iOS, or a desktop browser — installs straight from the web, no app store, no per-device license.
Finished goods, raw materials, and packing stock — tracked per factory, merged automatically, never a duplicate row.
Every order's real stage — placed, in production, in store, out for delivery — no "let me check and call you back."
Stock, recipes, and production scale cleanly across sites from day one.
Walled off from every other company on Ordex — by design, not by promise.
Every plan includes the full order lifecycle. The difference is how many people are in it.
We'll set it up with your products, routes, and staff — no obligation.
